Why Does My Furrion Oven Make A Whining Noise At Startup
Question:
At start turn on oven makes like a whining fanning Fan noise but then goes away after a few minutes of warm up? I thought it sounded like a bad fan but I don’t know, noise is from inside the oven Thank you

Expert Reply:
The lubrication of the bearing for the fan can wear off and become uneven, causing the fan to become very noisy until it spins enough to spread the lubrication around again. You can try reaching out to Furrion for a fix but you'd likely be told it's just something you'll have to live with since you'd have to dismantle the oven to get to the fan and dismantling the unit would void any manufacturer warranties.
