The correct replacement size for your 155r12 trailer tires is a 5.30-12 # AM10068. You will not be able to mount the 155r13 on the wheel as it fits on a larger wheel and will not seal properly. If your tire is already on a wheel which can bolt on you will need to measure to ensure you will still have enough clearance for the larger tire to not rub on any part of the trailer. This could cause a blowout if the tire does not have enough clearance. I also do not recommend driving fast or far on mix matched tire sizes.
