Yes, the Thule Force XT XL Rooftop Cargo Box # TH6358B will fit your 2023 Toyota RAV4 Woodland Edition and still allow you to open up your rear hatch without any interference.
Your Woodland Edition comes with a factory roof rack but if you want to upgrade it with an aftermarket system then I recommend the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MAL84AR with 58" aero-style crossbars.
