What Info is Needed to Pick Out Replacement Trailer Leaf Spring
Question:
Good evening, I’m looking to purchase some leaf springs for my boat trailer. I have a continental JB157. I don’t know whether to get 2 leafs or 3 leafs. I don’t not have the owners manual either as I am the second owner of the boat. Thanks.

The amount of leaves isn't actually that important when picking out replacement leaf springs. What you really need is the axle capacity and the length of the old springs. With that info you can know what you would need. For example our most popular option is the part # e54SR which is for a 3,500 lb axle and is 25-1/8 inches long.
