The best thing to do when installing trailer lights is to make sure they have the same amount of functions as the ones that you're replacing, and then note what wires are for what functions. This makes it easier to wire up the new tail lights when you install them.
The most amount of wires we have on a tail light is 4, with the Jeep Style Lights # STL60RLBP and # STL60RB. I'm not sure what that 5th wire is on your assembly so you'll need to reach out to the manufacturer for a wiring diagram and then you'll need to apply power to the various light functions on your trailer to see what your 3 wires are for. Once you know all of this you can splice the wires together by function and you'll be set!
