Can Edge Programmer that Has Tuned a Vehicle Program a New One
Question:
I have 2012 edge tuner cs and I bought it used and the original truck was not retuned to stock what would I have to do to get my truck tuned with the tuner

You basically got screwed by the previous owner to be perfectly honest. The only way would be to contact Edge to have it unlocked but it will require paying them to do so. If you can find the original owner of the programmer have him tune his truck back to stock or get your money back.
