Question:
I have a 2004 lance 1121 truck camper, the docking lights are staying on. I removed the rocker switch and unplugged the wires and still on the only way I can get the lights to go out is to turn the batteries off and unplug from shore power I did notice that the brake controller in my truck flashing 5H when I plug the camper into the truck

You have a short between a few circuits of your camper wiring. Did you by chance forget to unplug the wiring before removing the camper? I've done similar and it created a bunch of problems. I would recommend going over the wiring looking for cuts or exposed wire near the connectors and fix as needed.
