MagnaFlow performance dual exit exhaust systems are designed to be compatible with stock OEM hitches and spare wheel and tire combinations. If your pickup is listed on the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System - Gas, item # MF15792, page then this system will install and the OEM spare wheel and tire will mount in their original location.
