7,500 lb Air Bags For 2019 Ford F-250 4WD Compatible With Gooseneck Hitch
Question:
I have airlift 7500XL on my 2019 Ford f250 6.7 power strike 4wd. I had a B and W under bed hitch but it wouldnt work with airbags. So I took it out and installed the airbags. Im having a problem finding a replacement hitch that is compatible with the airbags. Airlift techs told me that anything that mounts to the outside of the frame will not work with these airbags. Any recommendations on what to go with for a hitch?

So the reason you can't find a gooseneck hitch for your 2019 Ford F-250 4WD that will work with your current air bags is because all gooseneck hitches for your truck, like your B&W # BWGNRK1116, require brackets that mount to the outside of the frame.
This is true for all goosenecks on all trucks, so there isn't going to be a compatible hitch. The only thing I can offer are air bags that do fit with a gooseneck, the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F95FV.
I just double-checked with Firestone to make sure these are compatible with gooseneck hitches that mount to the outside of the frame (please note they are not compatible with Tremor models). I realize this isn't an ideal situation but for air bags and a gooseneck, it'd be what you need.
