will the holes line up with the holes on the bumper of a 2002 dodge1500 2 wheel drive single cab truck. thank you for your time.

Part E-3S has a 8-3/4 inch, center to center, span between mounting holes. Check your bumper to see if it has two holes that are 8-3/4 inches apart. These are universal fit items so they do not fit specific vehicles.
