Slider Fifth Wheel Hitch Solution that Fits Turnoverball
Question:
I have a 2011 f-350 long bed and need to install the rails so my patriot slider 18k installed in my other 2011 f250 short bed can be used. I do not want to drill holes in frame and already have a BandW turnover goose neck ball installed. What rail system do you recommend? Would prefer to stay with the BandW because of the good luck I have had this far.

The Curt X5 adapter # 16310 normally works for this situation but it does not work with your Patriot slider hitch so what you'd need to use a Companion slider hitch part # BWRVK3400 which was designed to fit your Turnoverball rail kit directly.
