Whats a good alternative for a WFCO WF-8855AD deck mount for Lifepo4 batteries 2x200Ah . The WFCO autodetect feature has been very inconsistent.

If you're wanting to just replace the converter and leave keep the AC/DC distribution panels then you can use the Progressive Dynamics # PD9160ALV. This converter will plug into a dedicated outlet for easy installation. It has a 60 amp rating so you'll want to ensure that your current cables connecting to the battery are a thick enough gauge. The built-in charge wizard detects the battery charge level and adjusts the charge being sent out accordingly.

If you're wanting to replace the entire WFCO WF-8855AD then I have two options depending on the space you have. The Progressive Dynamics # PD4060K is a bit smaller (10-3/4" L x 7-1/4" H) and has less circuit breaker and fuse ports, but you won't have to worry about it fitting inside the hole for the WF-8855AD. The Progressive Dynamics # PD4560K18LS8 is larger at 10-1/8" L x 13-1/4" T, but it provides more circuit breaker and fuse ports to power you RV's electrical components.
