The Blue Ox Patriot part # BLU37TR will actuate the brakes in a similar way to the Air Force One # SM99243 but the applications are different. The Air Force One is a permanent install system that ties into the air brake system of the tow vehicle to determine how hard to apply the towed vehicle brakes whereas the Patriot is a reoccuring setup system that install super fast but it has to be removed any time you plan to drive the vehicle. It instead uses an internal inertia sensor to determine how hard to apply the brakes.

So if you have air brakes and prefer something that installs permanently but once installed doesn't require any setup the AFO is the way to go. If you prefer not going down the more complex install route and don't mind installing and removing the Patriot frequently that would be the way to go. Worth noting is the AFO only works with air brakes whereas the Patriot works with air brakes and hydraulic brakes.
