Based on images I can find for your 2012 Casita Spirt Deluxe it appears it came with a standard top wind jack like the # TJA-2002-B. Unfortunately, there is not a database like you have with cars to lookup parts since RV manufacturers do not keep these records and will constantly change parts depending on what is available. This may or may not match exactly what you currently have on your camper as it is 12 years old and could have been changed since it was new. As these are a mostly universal part you really only need to measure the diameter of your jack tube. If it is 2-1/4" in diameter on the tube above the mounting flange this jack will fit your camper.
A popular upgrade is to switch to an electric jack like the # EJ-3527-BBX. This will allow you to connect to your vehicles 7-way to raise and lower the jack. This means you will not have to run any wiring on your trailer and the jack will simply bolt in place of the original jack. You will simply connect the jacks 7-way when you need to raise or lower the jack. Once done you can simply plug back in the trailers 7-way for towing.
If you find your current jack is not 2-1/4" in diameter or wish to have something different please let me know what your measurement is and if you could send me an image of your current jack that would be very helpful in finding an exact replacement.
