Where to Install RV Tankless Water Heater for Hottest Showers Possible
Question:
This question might be easy or difficult to answer. I dont have an RV or trailer yet. Im planning to have a cargo trailer converted to a customized travel trailer. I will be the only person using it and its no hardship if I cant use hot water for several things at the same time. But Id prefer not to take Navy showers. My main question: where is the best place to put it? Under the kitchen sink? Maybe in the bathroom? I plan to be in some pretty cold areas. Would it be worth the trouble to insulate? Id forgotten ... can I run this on shore electrical power or does it run on propane only? Thanks

The closer you can install the Furrion tankless water heater part # FR98SR to your shower the hotter your showers will be and make it more efficient. Propane is what this primarily uses as fuel but for the electrical ignition portion it runs on 12 volt so not directly from a shore power outlet.
