Yes, there is! To add a front hitch to your 2018 Chevy Suburban, I recommend the Curt item # C31073. This front mounted hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Chevy with included hardware. This hitch has a 2" receiver, with a 5,000 lbs towing capacity, and a 500 lbs vertical load limit.
Please note that the Curt item # C31073 will not fit the Suburban's with the Z71 trim package. I have linked the installation instructions below so you can see how to get this hitch installed.
