Unfortunately I have no way to look up any wiring schematics for your 1999 Damon motorhome. The lights on your motorhome should be getting their power from either the 12v coach battery or the converter in the power center. I cannot verify where or if an inline fuse is used on your setup without a wiring schematic. I do recommend first checking the power levels on your coach battery to verify if it is bad. It could also be the converter in the power center went bad which is no longer charging the battery causing the power to run out over time once the battery is dead. Your outlets are going to be running on 120v power so this explains why they still work but your lighting is bad. If you need help with replacing your converter I will need to know what power center you have.

If your battery has power then it is likely there is a break which could have been caused by an inline fuse which is generally located near the battery. Do be sure to also check the 12 volt fuses inside the power center.
