How Does Vacuum of TeraPump # TE89VR Get Released

Question:

Good evening, How do you get the fuel that is left in the discharge line to flow back into the supply can? For example. You want to fill and atv with a VP race can. You set the race can on the ground next to the atv. You the discharge line in the atv fill tank. Prime and pump the Tera pump and fill the atv tank that is above the VP can. Now you still have the discharge line full of fuel that you pumped up to the atv from the VP race can on the ground. Will the discharge line empty back into the VP can on the ground? Thanks

If you want to release the pump mechanism of the TeraPump part # TE89VR so that the fuel in the lines can drain just unscrew the top white cap and the vacuum gets released allowing that to happen.
