Question:
Is there a special adapter to make these blades fit on the wiper arm?

The Michelin RainForce Windshield Wiper Blade # MCH3721 that you referenced is a correct fit for the passenger side of your 2012 Chevrolet Malibu. The driver-side wiper blade is part # MCH3724.
Both blades come complete with the necessary plastic adapter (already installed) to allow mounting on most wiper arm styles.
Based on my research your Malibu uses a standard J-style metal wiper arm. This J-shaped hook will directly attach to the pre-installed plastic adapter without any additional components required.
