What Could Be Causing a Loud Banging/Popping Noise When Turning W/ Trailer
Question:
When I’m towing my car trailer with a car on it. When I turn around in a culdsac I hear cracking g and popping from the hub on the rear tire. Would This be damaging the Bearings ?

What's likely happened is that you have some worn component in your suspension system. The bearings in worn CV joints can pop in and out of place as the axle bends with the wheel, and worn strut mounts would be hard to rotate which would cause binding and would be released upon turning causing a loud banging noise.
I'd recommend starting by inspecting your suspension, and check specifically in those places mentioned for wear and tear.
