I purchased a truck with this hitch. Is there a fifth wheel adapter or option to mount a slider hitch on top of this one?

Yes, B and W makes a slider fifth wheel hitch that was designed to fit the Turnoverball gooseneck hitches like the part # BWGNRK1108 that you referenced with the part # BWRVK3400. The hitch attaches to the gooseneck ball hole of the hitch and gives what may consider to be the best hitch around.
