How to Use The Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-3755 Manually
Question:
I recently purchased a Jayco Jay Flight trailer. The dealer installed a jet-3755 jack. I have used the jack about 6 times. I am now set up in a park and the jack will not work. How does the hand tool attach to the jack to manually work it?

You will need to twist the Cover # 2500-3755E off the top of the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack # JET-3755. Then you will see the hex head inside the jack the Crank Handle # SC94VR will fit onto. To raise the trailer you will need to turn the handle counter clockwise and to drop the jack you will spin the handle clockwise.
The jack may have stopped working due to a fuse or loss of power so be sure to check the inline fuse as well as battery connections. If the battery is dead you may be able to plug in your camper to either the power pole at the camp site or your truck to provide 12 volt power to the jack.
