Recommendation For Reducing Rear End Sag When Towing a Trailer With a 2013 Ram 1500

Question:

i have a 2013 ram with a 3.92 axle, payload of 1500lbs, GCWR of 12,650lbs and a max trailer weight of 10,150lbs. my trailer tongue weight is 680lbs and the weight of the trailer loaded would be around 6500lbs. I am going to convert the air suspension system in this truck to coils and have been told the truck will sag given the weight I will be towing. would the part below be a good fit, or is something else better? The best thing you can add is the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET when towing your trailer. This will allow you to better distribute the weight across your 2013 Ram 1500 and reduce rear end sag. This makes it superior to using the Air Lift Helper Springs # AL57365 as they only work to reduce rear end sag and does not transfer weight to the front suspension on your Ram. The Equal-i-zer also helps to reduce and prevent trailer sway caused by strong winds. The air springs have no way of preventing this.
