The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G is designed to fit a 5th wheel pin box with the standard 2" king pin. We do know it is not compatible with Sidewinder, RotoFlex, and other cushioned or air ride pin boxes. It is also not to be used with a gooseneck ball which uses an integrated latch like those used on a truck with factory installed puck style mounts.
