Helpful Expert Reply:

The bearings on your trailer match a 3,500 lb axle and the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K, but your grease seal is significantly smaller as this hub uses a grease seal with a 1.719" inner diameter.

If you can verify that your grease seal inner diameter needs to be 1.6275" then you're looking for a specialty-type hub replacement and you'll need to reach out to your local RV dealer or trailer shop to help you with that, otherwise the idler hub I mentioned above will be what you're needing.
