The Gustafson 12v RV Porch Light # 277-000484 can be used with 12v DC power. It cannot be hooked to a generator at 110v. You would need to run it thru a power converter which does not seem practical for a single light. We generally only deal with RV/camper lighting so pretty much everything we have is going to be for 12v DC.
