Recommended Slide Out Awning For A 153" Flange Measurement With Limited Clearance

Question:

I’m wanting to make sure I order the correct size slide topper. Flange to flange is 153 1/2 inches and I don’t have 7 inches of clearance on the front of slide. I added a photo please advise what I need thank you.

Since you have pretty much zero clearance between flange of the slide and your awning you'll have to size down to the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 151" Wide - White # LCV000163299. The arms of the awning will typically stick out about 2.5" past the roller tube so you'd also have to slide the awning more to the other side as well during the installation to prevent it from coming in contact with the other awning.

You'll also want to use butyl tape # AL28FJ on the inner mounting brackets to prevent water from leaking in through your mounting screws.
