The Airaid CAD Cold Air Intake System # AR401-226 will fit a 2010 Ford F-150 with 4.6L V8 Engine. Since that is what you have this system will work for you. I have also included a link to all of the cold air intakes we carry that will fit your 2010 Ford F-150 with 4.6 liter motor. The intakes will fit both the 2-valve and 3-valve versions of the 4.6.
