Why Would Greystone RV Fireplace Lose Heat and Fan Function
Question:
I have a 2021 Crossroads Hampton 37 destination trailer with a 36 Greystone fireplace and the display works but I lost the heat and fan. Do you have a service manual. And would you have an idea what goes wrong and do you carry replacement? parts

The Greystone fireplaces are known to get internal bugs. You might try unplugging it and plugging back in to see if that clears that out. If not then the circuit board is fried and since that's not serviceable it would be time for a new fireplace.
Since you said 36 inch the closest option we have would be the Furrion part # FR88FR which is 34 inches wide.
