SumoSprings or Timbrens For 2013 Thor Four Winds 22E on Ford E350 Chassis
Question:
2013 Ford E350 Thor 22E 24ft Im getting conflicting reports. The Super springs SSR-130-47 and Timbren FER35092B helpers both come up as applicable to my vehicle but both have significantly different weight rating. How do I know which to get?

Expert Reply:
I would avoid the Timbren # TFER35092LB and instead go with the SumoSprings for your 2013 Thor Four Winds 22E on the Ford E350 chassis:
- SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-130-47
The 1,500 lb weight capacity of the SumoSprings will be more than enough to help stabilize the back end of your Thor, and will give you a better overall ride than the stiff, oftentimes harsh rubber of the Timbrens. The SumoSprings will compress based on the amount of weight being transferred and are better for motorhomes while Timbrens are something better for the likes of a truck towing a 5th wheel trailer with constant weight on the back end.
