Unfortunately, I have no way to see what all components were installed from the factory on your 1996 Wallace single axle trailer. I would need to have measurements or part number for all the different components to verify what is needed.
For the axle I would need to know the measurement from the hub face to the hub face on the other side along with the measurement from leaf spring center to leaf spring center. I will also need to know any weight capacities on your trailer to ensure it is rated high enough. This will also allow me to determine the correct bearings and hubs.
For the leaf springs I need to know what the measurements are for the springs without any weight on the springs. This will likely involve jacking up your trailer to remove the weight from the axle.
To determine the correct wheels and tires I will need to know the bolt pattern for your current wheels along with the tire size. This information may be on the trailer itself which will also help you to determine if someone has changed anything from what was previously installed.
Any images you can send with the measurements and information needed above will help up to determine the correct parts required.
