Where can I get drain hose for the advent RV air conditioner

Advent Air units, like the # ACM135, have a pan in the front and three drain holes that allow water to leak out onto the roof of the RV. The only way to get a hose attached to this would be for you to rig something together and attach it to the bottom of the pan at each hole. There isn't a lot of space between this and the RV roof so it's most likely not going to be easy to accomplish.
