How To Install Triple LED Trailer Tail Light on 2018 Coachmen Highlander With 8 Wires
Question:
Question about wiring part # CE44VR, rear tail light assembly, to my 2018 Coachmen Highlander. Your product has six wires, two red, two black, one white and one purple. My Class C has 8 wires, 2 red, 3 black and 3 white. How do I wire your product to my camper? I did see the whole video on your website about the wiring, but that is not very helpful in my case. Thank you

Since you already watched the video I'm sure you know the functions of each wire on the # CE44VR but I will go ahead and cover them again. The red wires are stop and turn signals, the black is the running light/tail light, the purple is the reverse light and the white is for ground.
Since we have no way of knowing the functions of the 8 wires on your 2018 Coachmen Highlander you will have to test to find out. You can use a circuit tester like the # PTW2979. Once you finish testing you can match the appropriate wires to the corresponding function on the tail light. Make sure you match by function, not color, since colors can be unreliable.
