I am not aware of any 5 or 6 lug hubs that have a 4-1/4" bolt spacing. We would definitely want to verify that you are measuring your bolt pattern correctly. The best way to measure a 5 lug pattern is to measure from the center of one hole, to the outside edge of the hole across from it. This will give you the true bolt pattern measurement. So if you measure 4-1/2" from the center to the outside edge, it is a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern.
For a 6 lug wheel you can measure from the center of one hole, to the center of the hole across from it. I have linked our guide to measuring bolt patterns below. There is even a printable template in there if all else fails.
