Is It Better To Go By Bowl or Flange Dimensions For Kitchen Undermount Sink

Question:

i am looking at your rv undermount kitchen sinks to replace a damage sink but it is a undermount and not sure where to measure it, should i measure it from flange to flange or from bowl edge to bowl edge

For an undermount sink I recommend comparing the bowl interior dimensions as opposed to the flange exterior dimensions because you want to make sure the bowl matches up with your cutout.

For example, the Better Bath RV Kitchen Sink # LC421572 will fit great as an undermount for a 22-7/8" long x 12-7/8" wide cutout, but you want to avoid using this as an above-mount if the cutout is a little smaller than 25" long x 15" wide because you need enough room for the flanges to still overlap with your counter for support.

If you let me know what size cutout you have I'll be more than happy to make a recommendation for you!
