What is Smallest Wheel Size that Will Fit Dexter Trailer Hub # 84546UC3-EZ
Question:
Im assuming that these 10inch drums will fit inside a 12 inch rim such as Item # AM20163, even though 12inch rims are not listed as compatible. You sell a 12inch tire rated for 1,520 pounds Item # AM10140 and Id like to use 3500 lb axles components otherwise for a stronger build design. Im aware that the tire rating will be the effective limit.

Expert Reply:
The smallest wheel diameter that will fit the Dexter trailer hub part # 84546UC3-EZ is 13 inch. This is because the brake drum diameter is too large to fit behind the smaller 12 inch wheel size.
