Can I Use A Cushion Gooseneck Adapter On A Ford F350

Will your cushion gooseneck hitch work in a f350 factory hitch. I have a puck ball set up now

I am not sure exactly what you mean by "cushion gooseneck hitch", but if you are referring to one of the Shocker Hitch Air Cushioned Gooseneck Couplers like the # SHK67MR, then yes you can absolutely use it with the OEM gooseneck ball in your F350. The Shocker Hitch Coupler will work with any 2-5/16 gooseneck ball. It will fit a gooseneck trailer with a 4" ID tube which is fairly standard.

If you are referring to one of the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapters # CAB-C5G, then you will not want to use it with the OEM gooseneck ball. These adapters cannot be used on gooseneck balls that have a latch or release built in to the top of the ball as it will destroy the latch.
