Is A WDH Needed For A Toyota Highlander Towing A T@B nuCamp 320 S Or Aliner Classic Travel Trailer

Question:

I’m considering a Nucamp 320s or an Aliner Classic to tow with a 2019 Highlander. Is a WDH recommended for the highlander with either trailer? Thanks for the advice!

The GVWR of both trailers is very low so you most likely really wouldn't need one to distribute the weight. The only benefit you would really have with one would be sway control to help keep the trailer tracking behind the Highlander. The Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # RP66082 you were looking at has a weight range of 200-600lbs so it would likely match the tongue weight of either trailer and would provide you with some sway control.
