The low voltage error code will show if voltage drops below 10.8v. You will want to make sure the batteries on your RV are fully charged. A low/bad battery can cause this error. If your batteries are charged, it is recommended to reset the controller. You can do this by holding the enter and retract buttons at the same time. If this does not resolve the issue, the wiring will need to be checked.
