I can only help you find a possible replacement axle system like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension w Idler Hubs # A35RS545. We currently do not carry any axle beams or torsion axles. When I reached out to Dexter who acquired UFP axles they were not able to provide me with any information about your axle with the serial number you provided. I would need to know the weight rating for your trailer along with the mounting measurements for the axle and hubs to determine if we have a Timbren system which will work on your trailer.
