Recommended Weight Distribution System for an Underslung Trailer Coupler

Question:

I have a 2023 Jayco 332CBOK ... my coupler is underslung and no front Jack ... the leveling is same as on a 5th wheel. Tongue weight is 1250, would the BandW Continuum be a good fit? Currently using a R6, and it has performed well ... considering the Continuum as a replacement. Thanks

Since your 2023 Jayco travel trailer has an underslung coupler, you would want the B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control item # BW88FR. The Continuum item # BW78FR you were looking at is for standard couplers.

It sounds like you have plenty of room for the B&W Continuum item # BW88FR. This system works with a wide range of tongue weights from 600 lbs - 1,600 lbs and the tops out at 16,000 lbs for gross trailer weight.

I like the B&W Continuum because it uses a unique hydraulic system which easily allows you to adjust spring bar tension without swapping out any parts. Which is why it has such a wide capacity range and won't be too stiff if your tongue weight is in the middle. It's also very quite when compared to most other friction type systems.

I have linked a review video below so you can see the functions of this system demonstrated.
