Fluid coolers like the Derale Combination Trans/Oil Cooler # D15902 are not vehicle-specific so you can install as large a cooler as you have space available for it. This particular dual-core cooler measures 17-inches wide x 12-1/2-inches tall x 3/4-inch deep. You can check within your engine compartment to verify that there is enough space for the cooler itself and for the connected hoses; it is important that the oil lines not have to make sharp turns that could interfere with the flow of fluid.
The ideal location for a cooler like this is in front of your air-conditioner condenser where it will receive maximum air flow for the most efficient cooling. I have linked you to two articles on coolers as well as to an installation video (for a different vehicle). The written instructions are also included.
For a person of average mechanical ability this installation will be moderately challenging. You can review the video and judge for yourself if this is something you want to tackle on your own. Certainly you have the option of having a local auto shop do the installation for you.
