There's too many factors for me to be able to determine what your mileage will be for your Ram with and without the trailer but there are things you can do to try and increase your mileage. You can use a tuner like the Edge Pulsar Inline Tuner with Insight CTS3 Monitor # EP33XR to improve your fuel economy, towing capabilities, throttle response, and performance. If you can provide me with the year of your Ram I can provide more specific tuner options.
When not towing you can also improve your mileage by installing a tonneau cover to reduce drag. I would need to know the bed length to pick out the correct fit for your truck.
Anything you can do to decrease drag from wind resistance on the truck and trailer will help with your mileage. You'll want to make sure that your trailer is loaded properly and research has shown that maintaining a speed of 55mph to 65 mph will give fuel economy while on the road.
