I am sorry but we do not offer a 14" 5 on 4-1/2" trailer wheel with a 2.75 pilot hole. Virtually all of the 5 on 4-1/2" wheels we have will have a 3.19" center hole. For example the wheel # AM20253 and center cap # 319EZ are a very common combination, which would likely work for your application. The next size down would be a 12" or 13" 4 lug wheel which has a 2.84" pilot hole like the # DEX44FR. At this time we do not offer any wheels in any size with a 2.75" pilot hole.
