Do Electric Brakes Require Adjustment When First Installed

Just purchased electric brakes 23-47/48 and I am not sure if I need to adjust them after installing?

The Dexter Electric Brake Assembly, part # 23-47, and part 3 23-48 do need to be set up initially when installed and then checked yearly. I have attached an installation video for electric brakes. At about the 4 minute 50 second mark adjusting the brakes when installing is explained.
