Recommended Adhesive For Reattaching A ThermaHeat RV Heater Pad

My ThermaHeat Tank Pad SL-T1218G-10G is coming loose from the tank. What adhesive can I use to re-attach the pad? Thanks!

The manufacturer for the ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank or Step Heater Pad # 277-000164 recommends using 3M Hi Strength 90 spray adhesive to reattach the pad if the self-stick adhesive starts to fail. This can be purchased at your local auto parts or hardware store.
