Do Axle Over Under Kits Cause Handling Issues Ever

Question:

I have a 6x12 cargo trailer sitting on a 3500# 4 inch drop axle. The trailer has an interior height of 7 feet. If this kit raises the trailer another 4-6 inches, will it be too tall or unstable to tow?

Over under kits like the part # K71-384-00 generally do not raise the suspension of a vehicle to the point that it causes handling issues. I know you have an axle with a 4 inch lift built into it but that won't be an issue either.
