We do have a hitch you can put on the back of your 2004 Crossroads Cruiser. There is not any kind of custom fit hitch available, but you can use an adjustable hitch like the Curt # 13703. This hitch is designed to be universal and can be made to fit virtually any frame between 22" and 72" long. It will have to be bolted/welded to the frame. The hitch itself is rated for 3,500 lbs towing. It also has about 4" of drop which should help to clear your bumper if present.
That said, I was looking thru listings for these 2004 Crossroads Cruisers and it appears many of them have a square tube rear bumper. Certain 5th wheel bumpers can be used to tow. If your bumper is rated for towing, we do have the Curt # E-100 which can be attached to a 4"x4" square bumper. This also has a 3,500 lb capacity, provided the bumper is rated for that kind of weight.
I have linked videos highlighting each product below if you want to take a look.
