For your 2018 Toyota Tundra, I recommend the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BWGNRK1257. This hitch fits all three bed lengths for the 2018 Tundra. It has a 30,000 lbs capacity and the included 2-5/16" hitch ball will store upside down inside the square receiver.
