Solution for Fan-Tastic Roof Vent 4000BT That Needs New Thermostat

Trying to locate a thermostat for my ceiling fan in my Coachman motor home. Fantastic Vent 12vdc 25 watt Model 4000BT Could be 8T Not sure

That specific Fan-Tastic roof vent is no longer made so there aren't any replacement parts for it. Best solution would be an all new fan assembly that you can replace what you have with like the MaxxFan part # MA00-05100K which also has a thermostat.
